Many products such as first aid kits include manufacturer instructions and guidance leaflets. However, we recommend taking a first aid course to ensure you know how to respond effectively in emergencies.

How often should first aid supplies be replaced?

Many first aid supplies have expiration dates. Items such as antiseptic wipes and sterile dressings should be checked regularly and replaced if they are out of date.

Always replenish supplies that have been used, so that your kit is fully stocked and equipment is accessible in an emergency.

Payments

Can I pay using a Purchase Order?

Yes. If you are ordering on behalf of a school, college, educational institution, or a business, and would prefer to pay by invoice using a purchase order, please follow the steps below.

To place an order using a purchase order:

Add the required first aid supplies to your cart.
View your cart and add any discount codes if applicable.
In the 'special instructions' box, please provide a purchase order number, and any other details necessary.
Select “Pay by Purchase Order” at checkout, or contact our team via phone or email.
Provide your official school or business contact and billing details so we can approve the purchase order.

Once your order is confirmed, we will dispatch the items and send an invoice to you via email for payment according to the agreed payment terms.

Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. If you select express delivery and place your order before 12pm, we aim to dispatch your order for next working day delivery. All other orders are typically delivered within 2-4 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify it.
