Returns

You may return unused items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition

• Returned with any original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. Where possible, please include photographs so we can resolve the matter quickly.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 working days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds are not available once the product has been purchased and accessed.
