PAcT kits include equipment specially designed to treat major wounds and quickly stop blood loss. The contents were developed in response to national terrorist attacks where multiple casualties suffered catastrophic injuries but insufficient equipment was available to stabilise their wounds. PAcT kits are designed for members of the public to access and use quickly and safely by members of the public before Emergency services arrive.
